Running Camp Next Session starting March 6th!
Recent participants showed an improvement of 11-16% on their Mile Test by the end of running camp. They ran longer, faster and stronger than they ever have before! A few pictures:

Cost $160 for 8 Sessions and weekly follow-up
Meeting are generally held each Saturday at noon for about 1 hour and several Mondays at 6:00 p.m. for about 1 hour with make-up sessions on a few Wednesdays. Schedule provided at first session w/rain dates and make-up sessions available.
